No refunds

The full personal analysis is a one-time digital purchase delivered immediately after payment. Therefore, purchased reports are not refundable.

Why

The report is delivered instantly and cannot technically be "returned" — once delivered, no refund is issued.

Cancellation

The report is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is no recurring payment to cancel.

Technical issues

If you did not receive your report after paying, or were accidentally charged twice, write to us with your purchase date and email. In that case we will resend the report or return the extra amount charged.
